Pan Roasted Crispy Gnocchi with Mushrooms

An incredibly easy dish that can be ready in 10 mins😋You can top it with any herbs or even some crispy bacon bits.

Ingredients you will need

150g gnocchi

200g chestnut mushrooms, sliced

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried thyme

2 tsp garlic powder

30g butter

a pinch of salt and pepper, to season

50g parmesan cheese, grated to garnish


  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over high heat.

  2. Add mushrooms to the pan and sear for 3 mins until fragrant and browned.

  3. Add the gnocchi with all the seasoning except the cheese, gently toss to mix well, cook for 3 mins until the gnocchi turns goldenly browned.

  4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and herbs (optional), serve hot.
