Easy Kimchi and Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients you will need

300g chicken thigh fillet, sliced in strips

200g kimchi

2 tsp cooking oil

spring onion and sesame, to garnish (optional)

Seasoning for chicken

1 tsp dark soy sauce

2 tsp light soy sauce

1/2 tsp salt

a pinch of black pepper


  1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan/wok over high heat.

  2. Add the chicken strips and seasoning, stir fry for 5 mins until the surface is slightly browned.

  3. Add the kimchi and stir fry for another 5-7 mins until the chicken is tender and the sauce is reduced.

  4. Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame, serve hot.
