Sparkling Strawberry Apple Prosecco Cocktail

A strawberry Prosecco cocktail is all you need to stay cool this summer! This Bellini inspired cocktail is perfect for the strawberry season too.

Serve 2

Ingredients

250g strawberries, stemmed

100g apple chunks

2 tsp honey

a handful of mint

250ml Prosecco

Instruction

1. Puree strawberries, apple chunks, mint and honey in a blender.

2. Fill a glass with half strawberry-apple puree.

3. Slowly pour Prosecco over the puree and give it a little stir.

4. Garnish with mint and serve!
